First DIY Post!

Under $10
Painted Vases/Containers

The curse of being crafty is BUDGET. If you can walk into a dangerous place such as Hobby Lobby, Michael's or any store for that matter without a worry in the world as to how much that extremely full cart is about to cost you then, I'm jealous. Seriously. But dealing with a budget is a little more common these days! So since I'm a perfect candidate for being on a low budget and I'm terribly bored these days I thought I'd share some crafty How To's!

What you need:
Any glass container (I bought mine for under a dollar, IKEA)
Acrylic Paint (Also under a dollar each, Hobby Lobby)
Plastic Cup (something to drain the paint into afterwords)
Yes, it is that simple!

I did shades of purple, even though the one on the right looks blue, I promise, it's not!
Any color paint will look fabulous in a glass container and it is a fun easy way to add some homey feel to your room of choice!

-Pour the paint into the glass container.
-Rotate the container and spread that paint around!

I found it easier to tip the container so the paint goes everywhere inside!
I used almost the whole bottle but it really depends on the size of the container!
 (Mine were about 7x3 in)
Once the inside is completely covered in paint,
tip that bad boy upside down (have the cup under it, no need to redecorate your counters!)
It takes some time but eventually all the excess paint will come out.
Tip back up to normal, and enjoy watching it dry for about 24-48 hours!

Then TA-DA!

What now? I plan on putting these in my living room on my upcoming craft, Crate Shelves! Possibly stick some flowers or candles in them but we will see, I kind of like them the way they are! Pictures to come in the next month of more home decorations inside my actual home!

Thanks for getting crafty with me!

Love them but don't have the time to make them? NO WORRIES! I also make them to sell if  anyone is interested!

Upcoming Crafts:
Crate Shelves
Gender Reveal Boxes
Coasters
Table Stencils
and more!

Emily and Tim
It was a beautiful afternoon Friday, July 4th 2014. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and a beautiful relationship joined together as one. I had known Emily and Tim for about 3 hours before their wedding ceremony. Granted that seems short, however I figured them out pretty fast! They are an amazing loving and humorous couple. I was so honored to be a part of one of the biggest moments of their life.

It's no wonder that Emily and Tim are meant for one another because they simply bring out the best of each other. Their families are a huge part of the happiness spread all around that day. The Seifert Family, (Emily's Side) are the most loving and sweetest families I have ever met. With open arms they welcome you, and never hold back their love for one another. Very much like our beautiful bride and handsome groom, without a doubt Tim and Emily are very much in love and throughout the years their love will only grow, just like their precious little girl they will be welcoming in September!

Life is full of beautiful memories. This is only the beginning for the newlyweds. I can't wait to see what the rest of their lives has to offer for them. I wish them the very best in their fun adventures to come. Now here is a little preview of their wedding photo's :)
